Q: How do we start a business cooperation with Oubode Hardware?
· Inquiry: You send us your product codes, drawings, or physical samples, or select our items you’re interested.
· Quotation: We provide a detailed price quote within 24 to 48 hours.
· Sampling: If necessary, we create and send prototype samples for your functional approval.
· Contract: We sign the formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and confirm all specifications.
· Production: We kick off manufacturing once the payment is received.
· Shipping: Based on trade Items, EXW Zhongshan or FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou,we arrange the logistics via ocean, air, or express delivery based on your needs.
2. Ordering Process & MOQ
Q: What is your standard ordering process and payment terms?
· Placing Orders: Send your official Purchase Order (PO) to our sales team via email or send your request via email.
· Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard MOQ is 100-200 pieces per item, depending on the specific product design and manufacturing material.
· Flexible Customization: We happily accept MOQ50 test orders for your initial market trial.
· Payment Terms: If order amount is below fifty thousand USD,we prefer T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) full payment before production.
3. Lead Time & Shipping
Q: What are your average manufacturing and delivery lead times?
· Sample Lead Time: Standard samples take 7 to 10 days, while custom molds require 20 to 25 days.
· Mass Production: Bulk orders are typically completed and ready to ship within 30 to 45 days after getting your payment or deposit.
· Punctual Logistics: Located in Zhongshan, we enjoy fast transit access to major international shipping hubs like Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong ports.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality and raw material composition of your hardware?
· Material Certification: We provide official Material Test Reports (MTRs) and SGS composition analysis upon your request.
· Strict Inspections: Our QC team runs an intensive 4-step inspection covering raw materials, in-line production, polishing, and final packaging.
